Please email us to check availability on contact us page. As the apartment is centrally heated it is available to rent all year round. An enquiry WILL NOT reserve the dates - only when a deposit has been paid!

The Rates are for the apartment not per person!

PLEASE NOTE:

IF THE APARTMENT IS LEFT IN A DIRTY STATE A CLEANING CHARGE WILL BE INCURRED. (50 Euros)

DEPOSITS:

A 25% NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS PAYABLE ON BOOKING. THE BALANCE DUE 8 WEEKS BEFORE DEPARTURE.

REFUNDS:

4-8 WEEKS BEFORE DEPARTURE - 50% of rate refunded
2-4 WEEKS BEFORE DEPARTURE - 25% of rate refunded
LESS Than 2 WEEKS BEFORE DEPARTURE - NO REFUND

We recommend that Travel Insurance is in place to cover this eventuality

Flexible so you can take advantage of the best Flight Deals - quite often mid week to mid week is much cheaper!
